Purple Savoy Cabbage is an (OP) HEIRLOOM that matures in 65 days. A simply beautiful and flavorful addition to your garden! This early variety produces 1-3 lb crisp light green heads with vibrant deep reddish-purple leaf margins. Purple Savoy Cabbage can be sown in spring or fall but fall usually works better. Very cold tolerant. The crinkly leaves make it a perfect option for wrapping and stuffing. Excellent for storage. Brightens winter soups, stir-fries and summer slaw dishes!
